Xiamen TALENTMATS New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TALENTMATS New Material Technology"), founded in 2017, is a state-owned joint-stock national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and application of advanced carbon material reinforced composites represented by Graphene. Currently, it is a member of the Council of the Chinese Scientists Forum, a member of the Graphene Innovation Promotion Association of Fujian Province, a member of the Youth Top Talent Program of the "Young Eagle Program" of Fujian Province, and a member of the "Double Hundred Program" of Xiamen City for the introduction of high-level talents. It is the first Graphene new material research and development enterprise in Fujian Province to be included in the first batch of insurance compensation pilot projects for the application of key new materials of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The company has been granted 10 invention patents, 6 utility model patents, and 4 software copyrights. Passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and GB/T29490 national intellectual property management system certification.
